Beautiful smooth crosscut Belge/Woodstock variation with a hand cut half saddle bit stem and a Curly Maple trim ring. The grain is beautiful on this pipe showing lots of straight grain going down the bowl horizontally, then turning and following the shank. The pipe has lots of birdseye on the front and back side of the bowl and top and bottom of the shank. This one just missed being a Caliper grade too. The half saddle stem goes well with the shape as does the Cumberland go well with the staining. The Curly Maple trim ring adds a nice contrast to the color of the pipe too. The pipe has nice thick walls that will ensure a cool smoke. The pipe is about a group 5 in size, and weighs in at 54 grams. Thats very light for a pipe this size. The measurements are: 13/16" dia. tobacco chamber is 1 5/8" deep.
